--Enter property in Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

--Enter property onto website for distribution to homesearch engines.

--Prepare fact sheets for property.

--Take photos of the home.

--Hold office tour to preview new listing (first Tuesday after listing).

--Discuss feedback from office tour, if any.

Week 2
