Judy Luna is an Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR®) and a member of REBAC, the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors®. As your buyer agent she will provide you with the following services:

· Show you all properties in the area which comply with the parameters you have set. These include Multiple Listing Service properties, For Sale by Owners, and new construction sold directly to the public by builders. Her goal is that you find the house you want and need, not simply sell her company’s listings as many other agents do.

· Research the history of the property you wish to purchase and compile a comparative market analysis (CMA) to help you effectively negotiate a fair purchase price. With her help you will not pay too much for your new home.

· Represent your interests in the transaction, guiding you from offer to closing, explaining your rights as a buyer, clarifying documents, providing recommendations for other professionals (mortgage lenders, home inspectors, insurance agents, etc.), and tending to the myriad details required for the transaction to close. On new construction, Judy will act as your advocate with the builder to make sure the house is built as you want it.
